You shouldn't be allowed to make or influence your kids to alter their body chemistry. If done wrong it would be a very scarring experience and when fucking with your bodies composition there is no on/off switch. I'm hard pressed to say there wont be ever if maybe outside our lifetimes. 

I also want the age limit on this because of the amount of mental disorders present in people that want these changes. Things like this aren't easily reversed and they leave lifelong effects on people.

I see them needing to be demonized. If you have an a need to harm others that you cannot control, you should be jailed or killed. It's not fair for them, they didn't choose it most of the time. But it is the only way we can keep functioning as normal. I am up for alternatives that would solve the problem, but those haven't proved effective.

It's better that it be discussed than have it be purely censored. If they feel like they can't communicate, then they're more liable to act on their urges without talking to anyone about it first.

Degeneracy is a fluid concept, it's whatever current society is slowly realizing it likes but isn't ready to admit to yet.
