Buying fresh ingredients is the healthiest, most cost effective way to grocery shop, but sometimes leftover fresh produce can go bad if you only bought it for one recipe. Pre-preparing and freezing meals is a great way to buy a bunch if ingredients at once and alot them to a meal before they go bad. Just chop all the ingredients up, put them in a ziplock freezer bag, and when the time comes, simply dump the contents into a crock pot, instant pot, or on the stove for a quick and hassle-free dinner! For most recipes you can alter amounts of ingredients to preference, amounts I have listed below are sized for 2 people to eat with possible leftovers.

Here are the recipes I've made so far in the last 2 days:
- Samhain Hash: 1 small onion, garlic, 2 potatoes, rosemary, sage, 1 lb ground beef, 2/3 cup heavy cream, 3 tbs worchesterschire sauce. IP on meat setting
- Pumpkin Honey Glazed Chicken: 1/4 medium onion, garlic, sage, parsley, 1 large chicken breast, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup pumpkin syrup or other sweet liquid (less viscous than honey), 1/4 roasted small pumpkin. IP meat setting, serve over rice
- Chicken Soup for the Sociopath's Soul: 1 small onion, garlic, celery, carrot, parsley, thyme, 1 large chicken breast. CP, add rice and broth to cook
- Roast Beef Stew Ground Beef Stew: 1 onion, garlic, potato, carrot, rosemary, thyme, 1 lbs ground beef, 1/2 cup masala cooking wine, 1/2 cup apple cider or juice. CP, add broth to cook
- Lentil Soup: Onion, celery, carrot, parsley. CP, add broth and lentils to cook. 5 min before serving add kale or spinach and continue cooking until wilted. Add 1-2 tbs lemon juice immediately before serving. CP or ST
- Ginger Leek Soup: 1 whole leek, 4 tbs ginger, garlic, 4 oz mushrooms. CP or ST, add broth and rice noodles to cook.
- Broccoli Red Pepper Chowder: 3 potate, 1 onion, broccoli, 1 red pepper, garlic. Thaw before cooking. ST, sautee frozen veggies with 2 tbs flour, 1/4 tbs cyanne pepper, 1/2 tps chilli powder, & 1/2 tsp ground white pepper. When soft add broth, then 1/2 cup milk, then melt cheese into it.
