All these questions

The definition:

victim-a person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action.

Alright, what constitutes "harm"?

Harm has to be on the level of personal injury or killed. Like getting punched in the face.

Stalking would count

What makes stalking physical?

That definition is actually extremely broad.

That's why I clarified it with the snowflake comment.

So you believe a victim must be within a purely physical context?  Do you think psychological harm is a fallacy in and of itself, or that it simply denotes a different state than "victimhood"?

That's right, physical victim as in the legal definition, although the physical victim can also lead to psychological harm.

But internal hurt feelings is on you. We cannot run a society where hurt feelings are zero. Does not exist as humans.

Do you differentiate between types of hurt feelings?  Like a little ego sting vs trauma?  Or do you believe all of that rests solely on the one experiencing it, regardless?

Here's a good example, The French teacher beheaded for hurting someone's feelings.

Free speech only when it does NOT hurt someone feelings is impossible.

OMG a cartoon hurt someone's feelings lets cut his fucking head off.

Get a little thicker skin emo people.
