There's been plenty of these, and they scream "Transtrender" (or any kind of trender really) not through their getup, but rather their lists of edgy labels working in conjunction. Much like the modern wave within the black community of right wing "we're not a victim" sentiments, it exists mostly through self-centralizing their focus, as otherwise why would a tranny want to make it harder for people to get HRT or otherwise have trans-rights beyond buyer's remorse, self-loathing, or ingroup cringe?
As a comparison, I'm more liable to take a Satanist or an Anarchist seriously if s/he doesn't have a bunch of other "against the status quo" edgelord labels tagging alongside it. This to me seems no different than gathering Twitter labels, burying your car in bumper stickers, burying your school backpack in pins, flooding your biker's vest with patches, etc; Altogether it sells a different image than any of it sold separately.
It doesn't matter that someone is trans, or anything really, but rather why they are, what they're getting out of it. Even the trans-lot who have cross-genderal features as a privilege (like Blaire White) aren't as bad as the title grabbers who do so to insist they "are different" ala Hot Topic sales pitching.
"Anarchist" also gives more than enough room to question the narratives tagging along, especially if it's the typical attention-hungry type.
What's bound to get more flak and notice than being noticeably against your own group, in their guise, other than lumping more of them together?
