Someone started a thread telling people to vote in a beauty-blogger-gossip subreddit. Someone else said they are going to hide their family member's mail-in ballots because they are Trump supporters. I told them forcibly taking away someone's right to democracy unless they vote for who you say is fascist. Boom, my account has been permanently banned.
Well yeah, you were trying to start conflict inside of a safe space. While this place has become a safe space of sorts for those who are against safe spaces, most other places just want a choir of likeminded people, especially these days when it comes to political views. A lot of people are just done with fighting on that sort of ground and right now is otherwise a more sensitive time for those within the political uproar of election time.
What were you doing in a Leftist space anyway?
I messaged the mods and asked "what rule did I break?" This was my answer from the ever reasonable reddit mods.
Do you have any screencaps or links we could look over to see for ourselves?
If anything, seeing how people are raging about mail hysteria after the news went all in on it's been pretty entertaining. How the news could be construed as not inciting is beyond me.
