No, this goes against dibs postulates. I called dibs on the 3s, therefore they are mine. A new day does not magically reset my solid dibs. There is no further need to re-call dibs on the choice, I can however relinquish my dibs at some point in the future by picking something else, in which case, the 3 becomes up for grabs.
