I enjoy the first three. I haven't been on an ambient kick for some time now, but Biosphere, Stars of the Lid, etc. is what I would listen to.
If you ever get on another ambient kick I highly recommend the Cryo Chamber record label. They got a site, spotify profile, and youtube channel and it's very high quality dark ambient. Their mixes and playlists also are really good for setting up an atmosphere.
