specifically mainstream social media sucks.
I have been super socially isolated since May because I live with my dad and he's scared of catching covid. I never had meaningful online friendships before so I tried to start meeting people online during quarantine, but no one wants to talk about anything interesting even when they say they want to. Also people don't seem open to having gray area convos instead of black & white, blue or red, agree or disagree, us or them convos.
