Even if you was a sociopath you are not without empathy. Emotions is the defining characteristics of being a human. Whether your a psychopath or not we both have emotions. Psychopaths emotion wise seem to have the ability to rationalise better and also tend be more brave. But that does not mean they don’t shit there pants when they have a glock  pointed in there face because they will.

Sleeping more helped me with this. If anything I'm now too sensitive to the sensations now.

What, sleep deprivation can make it harder to see your own feelings as well as the feeling of others. Even taste and color can be drained away in such a state.
