morally speaking, not many. Pragmatically speaking, plenty of employers would fire you for saying the dreaded n word or worse yet, advocating for the legalisation of child abuse 

unless you have a very cool boss, you need to keep your e-stuff on lock. My co workers know that I'm edgy but not to the point of me acting out my impulses irl

I'm similar to what I do here but a bit less expressive, for the sake of mannerliness. So I don't think too many people would be surprised by what I say, but they would still be shocked by the severity of my shitposts

Meh - I've never hid that I'm on SC from my friends and fam or guys I've dated. My mom thought it was funny and used to ask "how are the socios?" My dad prob doesn't know about SC now that I think of it. He wouldn't like it but that's just cos he's protective and scared of the interwebs. Work is dicier but it would prob be worse if they found the political stuff I write on other sites.

 It was irrelevant - they just thought it was funny or odd. One guy worried I'd get murdered until I explained it was mostly a haven for nerds, thinkers and comics.
