I love Lilies and Sunflowers a lot. My mother used to dry flowers all the time, many of which whose names I can't remember but I will never forget the faint smell of honey in the attic. I love Lavender too! But I'm not very knowledgeable on flowers

 It doesn't even have to be a big place, to have bees.  I've seen plenty of people keep a hive in more residential areas.  As long as you have a yard.

I love beekeeping.  It's oddly soothing, to be covered in bees.  And they're fascinating to watch.

 I've heard of special honeys that are made by only giving bees access to one type of plant (like putting the hive in the middle of a feild of lavender or the middle of a grove of specific trees) and I want to try that. I wonder what chamomile or hemp honey would taste like
