Try restaurants and canteens. Just sit next to random women (or men, if that's your preference) and introduce yourself. Works every time.

Pining on someone is self-indulgent, especially if it hits stalker levels. The only way to find who's synergistic with your personality is to play the field until it works... and try to not feel too disappointed (or hurt) by failure. Otherwise just be yourself, being someone else just exhausts yourself and serves to lie to others. Even if 20+ people all hate you for who you are, there'll be someone out there who gets it.

Going towards groups of people with similar interests has helped me with ice breaking, and I otherwise mostly try to date people I've become friends with first, as if I can't be their friend then wtf am I doing with them? Even then, I've had more 'no' than 'yes' for my average. 

Synergy's everything for relationships, otherwise it's just masturbation through another. 

Just be a creep. Like stalk them perv on them. The best way to get a girlfriend is sexual intercourse the first chance u get that always guarantees a relationship.
