You need to cut this person and others that support him off. I understand if there has to be interaction because of his place in delora's life, but keep it minimal.

So, my wife and her father were having an argument about a phone bill. He had paid it and wanted his money back, it was 25 GB of data. My wife thought it was unlimited and when she heard 25 GB she went ballastic and demanded that the additional 10$ for unlimited be paid immediately. He insisted that 25 GB was "basically unlimited" and did not want to do this. She did not budge and said she would not pay him back for what he did pay for because he did not get unlimited like she thought. Well, he gets all enraged and decides to TAKE MY WALLET out the door and drive off with it. Now, I tried to stay out of it up to this point, but take a man's wallet and things change, so I scream at him to give it back and hurl a string of expletives at him. He turns around and comes back suddenly- apparently because he needed my PIN to get the money with my debit card. So he walks back in, runs up to me, THROWS MY OWN WALLET AT ME and everything in it goes flying out, and procedes to scream violently and gets in my face. Since (I thought) this was the day of my flight I could not afford to aggress back and get hit although I was very pissed and so he went to bed and got away with it. Well, since he paid for the phone thing he got his money and in exchange lost my respect. (edit, this is delora, so basically i was paying him to help me set up my phone to unlimited, he wasnt paying for it himself. and i said i will pay ypi if you make this unlimited because i dont know how, because walmart didnt ha e the unlimited option. well he toom the shortcut and went to walmart and tried to say he gave me unlimited so i would pay him but i found the card and said i caught him red handed and i wouldnt pay him until he did what i was paying him for because i could have easily done what he did mysepf and saved 50 dollars. i dont put up with dishonesty on his part nor not doing his end of the agreement.)
