I visisted Chicago once and was sort of dissapointed or wasn’t expecting to see that literally every shop was filled to the brim with only clothes you can wear in the winter
Everhtbing was so freaking thick and heavy I was like there is absolutely no way I can get away with wearing this in Florida 😂
In Florida we have the opposite problem and the fine line between beach attire and normal clothing is often blurred, and we have far too many tacky surf shops- which I got bored of the style in my teens.
The only reason anyone still dresses that way in Florida is if they are a stoner.

Most people in Florida do not adhere to much style or fashion at all, but it’s not as bad as Mississippi- where everyone dresses the exact same. I’m not even kidding. It is negative style in Mississippi. The complete absence of style.
And in Las Vegas people dressed very fashion-y and everyone looked like they were stunting their OOTD from Instagram. But it was like, Instagram meets, New York chic, so there was a lot of black.... and it was modern chic, high end, like Kim kardashian and Kanye west. wveryone dresses like they were famous people. Or too cool. And wealthy. And a bit vain. or um... self absorbed.
but yeah the stores in Chicago were all nice but it sucked I couldn’t buy much because it was just like SWEATERS LOTS AND LOTS OF SWEATERS SCARVES GLOVES PARKAS AND BIG THICK TURTLE NECKS AND WARM KNITTED PUFFY PUFFS
and yeah in Florida we don’t wear those. Ever. Lol
