I don't care either way..... If you prefer I respond to you without quoting you line-by-line because you feel it kills the context... Ok. And if you don't want to respond to what I said about you, that's fine too. It wasn't an insult. I've no issue responding to what you said about me. If anything, it irritates me because you say one thing, get my hopes up, and then end up failing like everyone else. Luna did the same thing, and it also irritated me. Despite shooting for the moon, she ended up so below the mediocre that it wasn't even funny. People like you are all the same.

I'm not "upset" that Good fails to measure up to the standard he preaches. I wanted him to shut down the place. But since he's not even responding to this topic, clearly this was way too early... I don't really understand him anyway. I don't have a negative opinion of Good at all, I'm just as indifferent about him as I am about anyone else on this website.

But... Good a better mod than Luna? Come on. Maybe in your homo fantasy. You loved Luna's insanity just as much as the next person, you even admit it. You "prefer" Good in the same way that people "prefer" the good guys in WWE. But we all know the bad guys make the show. Luna made the place dynamic, and her tyranny made the place entertaining. You're clutching at straws with your narrative. The only reason you all said Good's better because you know it made Luna jealous.

You know, you should listen to Turncoat. He might have been bombarding you for a bit. When it comes down to it, though, he has your best interests at heart. You're not the best person at reading character. You jump to conclusions and perceive people as your enemy way too easily.

What did I say that got your hopes up? Anyways, moving to address the rest of the topic.

For saying that you aren't upset with Good, you had quite a bit of choice words about his character (concerning his principles). And, I do prefer his style of moderation over Luna's. While the antagonism toward Luna could be entertaining at times, it's not as if that source of entertainment is required. I didn't use the site primarily to see Luna being attacked. It was more about the other users, to me. Luna was an interesting figure, but not a focal point. And while certainly some people poured salt on her wounds when she came to find what we had done here, if you do a survey you will find most people prefer this laid-back style. Even if you have to log in twice to use the forum.

Your desire to have the forum shut down is still somewhat nebulous to me. Ending this place would be like cutting the head off of a hydra. It will just spawn somewhere else, because as much as you despise some people, this is somewhat a zone of moral neutrality and "taboo" discussion. That is a difficult kind of place to find, and that's why we will preserve it. Plus there are some very humorous people that roll through. What do you think you will accomplish by convincing Good to terminate the site? We will just make a new place. But Good happens to be an exceptionally reasonable host (even if he doesn't care about the bugs).

On the topic of Turncoat, I don't view him as an enemy. I can see why you feel strongly about him and are mentioning this, because he apparently broke you down, and perhaps re-constructed you. Him and I are a bit different. At the end of the day, you will find a divide between people who agree with me, and people who agree with him. But even if I don't agree with everything he says, I respect some of his insights.

What can I say... I already told you I'm not upset with Good. You can go ahead and psychoanalyze my actions, but I'm just being honest. I have no reason to dislike him.

Of course the poll would show that people hate Luna. The user activity tells a different story.

You're probably right... Even if this forum is gone, people will just migrate somewhere else. But it will give me a chance to escape this shithole which keeps dragging me down.

I rather like the broken-down version of myself which Turncoat created. He's like Dr. Frankenstein, and I am grateful to my master. Thanks to him, I am stronger than I ever was before.
