at first I was like let's not go into this about why I'm not a christian anymore and I thought I was going to be able to stay calm and not care that he was Christian and just ignore it but he pushed it a little more and it triggered me and then I started making fun of him and a large enough percentage for it to be kind of a big deal of Christian pastors and priests for being pedos and making inappropriate jokes :( and then I couldn't stop feeling triggered so I told him my main reasons and then I also made this thread lol

one of the things I hate the most is the hypocrisy. All we get for "evidence" of this Christian God is being FORCEFULLY (*sorry for the caps but need to make a point) born into a world where WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SIN, not by our free will but because our ancestors made the choice for us, where God HATES US for forcing us to be sinful and have sinful urges, and wants to burn us all in Hell for eternity EXCEPT the few of us who seek to please and worship him well enough that he feels "loved" by us. This world we are born into is fucking horrible and sucks, suffering everywhere, both Christians and non-christians suffer the same amount and Christians are not really given any special privileges over everyone else that lets everyone else know they are favored by God and protected by and in a special relationship with him

ALL WE ARE GIVEN is the "promise", that after we endure this life that we will wake up in a new world after we die, heaven, where everything is perfect and there is no pain or suffering or corruption or deceit and God will be loving all the time and not kill us or burn us in hell for eternity!

what is "holiness" anyway? "holiness and righteousness?" "God's ways are not our ways?" Okay what are they then? If a Psychopath told you "just worship me and do whatever I tell you your whole life and fear me or else I'll make you suffer and might kill you, but sometimes like in the case of Job I will make you suffer just to test your loyalty to me, and then in the next life, you'll be with me and I'll treat you so much better and everything will be perfect there" would you believe him?
