I disagree as a matter of averages in human behavior and theories that can be made from it.
If people were naturally without some sense of inherent genetic sense of "right and wrong", we likely wouldn't have created societies with oddly similar laws to each other without even having Globalism be the cause. It's like how most people don't fuck their own family members, there's internal mechanics that lead to people amassing to enforce a single set of ideas based on those ideas being inherent to humanity.
You can even see hardened criminals get triggered over the idea of pedophilia, so clearly it's not just a matter of environment.
