Added a few more options than lena's poll. Everyone gets up to 2 votes to prevent them from just voting for themself and creating a 10 way tie- or you can vote for the 2 people you think are best.

Contestants are based on who has been more active, or has been talked about, the last 2 weeks. Old users not listed haven't been active enough by my discretion. New users not listed either have been identified as old users, or if unidentified are too new to be considered "best"

Sc is pretty boring.
