I don't think there was one, I got shit mixed up drunk.
When I starved myself passively for a few weeks and then tried to fast to death for a week or so to try to kill myself a few years back, it hurt for me to try to eat most things too once that episode was over and done with. You likely don't have an inability to consume these things, your body's probably just out of the habit and finds the process more complex than your former norm.
If it's just being unadapted to it, you'll have to wrestle with that discomfort a bit to fix the issue. I found milkshakes and chinese meat buns to be helpful in my recovery.
Do you have entire days where you just forget to eat? What's your average daily calorie intake?
I do have days where I forget to eat the whole day but it’s more rare then not.
And I don’t know what my average daily calorie intake is... I just been eating a LARA BAR an apple with peanut butter and chili because it’s the only things I *can* eat. And a cup or two of coffee a day.
