Michel Daerden was a Wallonian politician, parliamentarian, Burgundian, drunk, and national jewel. Passed away 8 years ago but lives on in our memories for his -repeated- drunk appearances in the Senate and his clownish attitude. I don't know much about his policies (he was a socialist) but it certainly is entertaining. To me, anyways.

I like how they applaud and think it's funny to have an openly drunk Minister who probably do cocaine and pills on the side. No wonder Belgium is a little European shitty hellhole.
