So where are you on these axis?
Imagine the scale is from -10 to 10, where 0 is the center. Wacky is from 0 to 10 tho, where 5 is the center.

S for statist

Basically I want a somewhat democratic state that has both citizens and second-class citizens. Citizens have more rights and the benefits they receive are more adequate for a socialist system, while second-class citizens have the possibility to buy/earn citizenship, but gain way less benefits from the state.
The citizens will probably have the same social benefits someone in Sweden has, perhaps even better, free education/healthcare, whatnot. While the second-class citizens will have something similar to what americans have, bar the right to bear arms, that's reserved for citizens, and no rights to be judges/politicians/high status jobs unless they become citizens.
It's pretty much what's going on right now in the world, one can claim the rich are first class citizens, and the rest are not. I just say not to be hypocrites about giving everyone equal rights, and protecting the middle class and their standard of living more. The upper class nowadays controls the media, and thus the votes of the plebs.
A nice thing about a system like this is that it's racist without being racist. If a race truly is inferior, then over time the % of second class citizens of that race will be higher. Doesn't mean we can't have citizens of that race that are capable of not being niggers.

There will still be shit jobs to do for a long time.
When there are no shit jobs left to do, we really need to start genetically modifying people, and quelling undesirables.
Unironically seizing the means of reproduction, like in Brave New World.
why not get robots to do it
Someone will have to do work on/with the robots.
As jobs start disappearing, past the tipping point the few jobs left will be the "shit jobs". It's all relative until it's gone in it's entirety.
