Is she losing her mind completely?
Completely? No, she's in an episode that resembles both psychosis and mania. The increase in word salad and loose associations is also concerning, but again this is more like an episode than permanent damage. It's liable to wear off, but I'd deem her a danger towards herself (and potentially others) while in the midst of these behaviors.
What remains to be questioned is if she short circuits when pushed, or if it's something that occurs on it's own independent of her surroundings. There's very clear signs and symptoms of delusional behavior, especially with this "Dreaming While Awake" nonsense, and I'd argue a disconnect from reality both within *and* outside of episodes (psychosis preceding mania tends to mean schizophrenia instead of schizoaffective).

I hate psychologists who want to be psychiatrists. I am composed.

No, you hate a long winded answer as to what's wrong with you that goes against your self-concept.
It makes you feel that much less heard. This must have been a real problem for you back when you were in the ward.
