I think at this point because of Jim's implicit criminality he does not realize that the italian mafia now claims him---and that the national enquirer as discussed here has been following the story all along (see CNN episode where the interplay of media and mafia in this country is outlined)

If you read my "Dream" above which is based loosely in reality over the past few weeks and i have the master key I see the gambits this group which includes much more than sociopathfcommunity will try to play with me to lead me out of my apartment, to tell me Andrew wants to marry me, to tell me that the identities of representation aren't real (that they are synthetic or otherwise) such that someone who does not understand could place blame on "delusion"
however is there a crime to obtain a civil injunction illegally (Mom wishes that jim would lead me to a civil commitment--very hard to prove but perhaps)
and without jurisprudence to jim since he claims illegitimately or legitimately he is in turkey (i still maintain that chapo is involved, although last night he lent me a kidness by saying he would be here at my apartment with me but for they would open the door and the police chief has told me above all else not to open the door.) -

The original owner of the National Enquirer was himself italian mafia. I think at this juncture it may be owned by another mafia--I will have to check.

Let's go with the John Belucci story here. The national enquirer got so entangled in themsleves they did not know how to stop the media ball of wool.
In that case they got a starlet to give a false admission.
That won't happen, however they could get Jim and jim is really a pawn here, but the italian mafia to talk about their crimes in a medical-legal deposition. There could be a lot of loss of licensure.
