My dream.

I suppose I'll ramble, watching this made me think some

Considering the fact that my area is flooded which prevents me from going to sign into the delayed entry program for the marine corps, it gives me more time to work out, so I suppose that's a bonus. My basic dream is really simple, to get into the military, if I couldn't get into the marines then the army, if not that then I can't see myself as worthy of my own existence. It has nothing to do with patriotism or for my country, I have other stances in regards to my country. I guess all my past aspirations died with who I used to be, and I have very little direction or meaning to life, but I'd simply like to enter the military, serve, learn how to survive and be self-sufficient, and probably just live out in the woods one day, but I don't know if I'll be able to peacefully, the way things are in my eyes, I don't see the Earth being a nice place within the next few decades, at least according to Science and how bad Global Warming seems.

I sometimes think on having a wife and daughter would be nice, but I don't think I need someone to be happy.

I admit with current things, I have my issues and I have my self-critiques and I get annoyed with how much more I could be doing but hey, that's life.

For actual human beings, I'd wish them luck in their endeavors. However, for subhumans like pedophiles. regardless if you were once a victim, end yourself, break the cycle, if you can't, have someone do it for you.

It sounds a lot like on the whole, you aren't sure what to do. And the Marines offer you structure and a challenge, so it basically solves that problem for you. Not that Marine Corps is bad, it could even be one of the best commitments you make. It's worth considering what other ways of living suit you and your personality. That could be giving you a fruitful trade within the military. And then a career outside that if and when you move on.

I admit, I see the way civilian life works, and it's not something I entirely like. Plus, I have a fascination with military and history, and if the world does somehow go to shit, I'd like to at least be ready in the sense of survival and self-sufficiency. I was thinking that my plan would be to try to get a job with weapons repair. Then when I get out, I could probably work for a gun-smithing company. I have my doubts on said thing though, because as of currently, I don't have any experience with such, but perhaps if I work towards it, I'll be able to pick up on it. I certainly like guns, I don't think I'm an expert, but I like watching videos on guns like the channel "Forgotten Weapons" because he looks at guns, gives history behind their creation, and then for the most part, unless it's really fragile will take it apart and show how it works.

I guess the basic sense of wanting to be a soldier fulfills me enough. The question of being capable enough to be a soldier is different, I view it as almost something I must be worthy of and must achieve through working hard towards it. I look on the military figures of the past, regardless of nationality, and their aspects of them motivates me and makes me aspire to be like them, for example, Erwin Rommel was a man of honor. He was respectable and not like Dirlewanger, even if I'd probably apply Dirlewanger's methods in regards to sadism towards those I hate and consider to be a waste of resources to society. Just like I find Ungern-Sternberg to be interesting, while I wouldn't condone the types of people he killed, I am not against that form of brutality entirely in regards to vile abominations of human flesh.
