I've seen all of the original Eva episodes including End of Evangelion, still have not seen the new films though. If you truly insist I will watch them over the next few days, I have some extra time now that projects at work have slowed down until summer classes start.

Cowboy Bebop is great. I actually watched it all the way through about 2 months ago during my lunch breaks. I hear the movies are damn good too but I haven't seen those.

Oh, the Eva movies are good. I'm not going to insist them, though.

I haven't seen the Bebop movies either yet. Part of me doesn't want to be let down, because I grew up on that show. But I should just do it.

See that's how I feel about the Eva movies, the series was so good I fear ruining my current feelings.

The way I seen them, they are like continuations (they felt that way). The last one is coming out this year but I think the story writer may be willing to just bomb everyone out and create a story of Hell. The whole story with him is another subject.

But I recommend the movies, they are really good. As good as the show. The final movie is coming out in a few months and it should be something else. But you do need to see the first 3 or so to get it.

They are really good. Shinji tries his best, but life is hell every time.

I'm becoming more of an Asuka fan, too. Her life was intense. Sad too, worn down like we all are.

Just finished You can (Not) Advance and I'm honestly pretty blown away.

I had to rewatch because it's been a minute.

The first thought that I have is that it's kind of emotionally intense. Like it's not Gundam where it's a mech show. Shinji had to watch himself kill Asuka during that. Like there are tons of other things I can break down, but that was bad.

And then basically it's broken adults making broken kids do things. And that's realistic too, so maybe that's why I resonate to it. Reality is kinda crazy for a lot of us. And they do a good job of showing that

Shinji at his very best causes another impact (kills everyone). Because a whole bunch of people were manipulating that to happen to begin with. But saving Rei was cute. But he killed everyone to do that and was manipulated into it :(

I have no idea where things are to go from here given there's 2 more films.

Watching You can (not) Redo in a bit.

Evangellion is pretty good, though I watched it because I heard it was dark and I like to interpret the ending coming from the movies as a sign of that, I'd need to re-watch the movies entirely though.

I love the concept of an ending where everyone was turned into sweet and sour sauce so that we may all be immortal.

Maybe my cult I will make and I can cause something like Third Impact.

The End of Evangelion I found disrurbing, with the remorseful soundtrack and everyone getting what's coming to them. It wasn't pretty.

The most disturbing thing I've seen in Anime is the intro to the first episode of Genocyber. They've gone too far with that one.
