  1. make them feel guilty about the things they have and the things their ancestors did
  2. villainize them and instill a sense of evilness and wrongdoing at any chance
  3. create a sense of obligation and debt to make up for said imaginary wrongdoings
  4. extract resources and labour

you gotta give it to jews and black people, they are very good at manipulation.

Not the people themselves, but the people who invented the rhetoric that they could parrot deserve a medal. 

It's interesting to figure, based on how US black people look versus black people in other parts of the world, what they might have become if slavery lasted longer. We'd have significantly more Neoteny and targeted breeding for furthering 'beneficial' traits, like how we've treated livestock and even our pets.
