I agree on that. I think our side needs to get itself together. I'm not a fan of antifa or cancel culture, I think a lot of things went sideways.
I usually tend to ignore what crazy people who mail bombs to strangers say.
He was right tho. Execution was just a little off.
Listening to right wing people try to summarize leftism is pretty annoying. They take fringe examples of people, such as the most flagrant examples of SJWs being over emotional and wigging out. Then they act like there aren't retards on their side like Lauren Southern who act equally as retarded. Social politics are only a part of the package, and leftism itself doesn't preclude that we need to police everyone. Be nuanced.
Keep in mind this was made back in the day before SJW was even a term and given his specific ideology the angle was quite different than something that say, Steven Crowder would say.
So, I've watched this (begrudgingly). The first issue I have with it is that the guy asserts that leftism is the result of insecurity or over socialization. No, maybe there is a balance somewhere where welfare is useful. For example, if a family is poor because their parents can't manage shit, a child doesn't necessarily have to suffer the consequence if we would allocate a micro portion of our GPD toward that. Community colleges can be made free. Do you know what we would be trading to accomplish that? Usually conservatives will say they don't want to be taxed more. Free college doesn't require more taxation, it requires an allocation of budget.
Also this guy harps on some really classic basic conservative thinking. "Liberals do this because they feel guilt." Dude, I don't feel any guilt for Native Americans. This all went down generations ago, and I have many more reasons not to care. I'm not worried about the history of slavery either. This is what I was getting at, people want to over simplify the other political side. The right wing was retarded for controlling gay marriage and the war on drugs, but you won't see me blaming that on conservatism. Individuals are just normal IQ by nature.
The guy makes some good points, like that conservatives and liberals think differently. FMRI studies support that. But overall, this is just a cheap hit piece. By an SJW of conservative leaning (think about that).
He's not even a conservative, he supports bringing down modern industrial technological society due to how it harms human autonomy and satisfaction with life. He says at some point in it that conservatives are fools as well for claiming to support freedom yet pushing the modern industrial technological system onto everyone through their support of its leaders. He opposes any group that doesn't advance us towards bringing down said system.
