shes a bigger loser than me literally
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
See but 20 bucks an hour seems like a lot, over here you're looking at 9 euro to 12 euro an hour for a starter job, 20 euro an hour would be a lot and even with valuta in the equation, $20 is €18,45. Maybe prices differ in the USA
Cost of living is more expensive in the US. $20 an hour is $13.20 after taxes. For full time job $2376 a month. Med lives in a DC penthouse condo so her rent is prob more than that alone, but the average US rent is $1343 according to google. Adding average bill costs $200 car payment, $100 for electric, water, and gas, $117 car insurance, $80 internet, $55 single phone 2 GB plan on Verizon, and say $10 daily food budget (unrealistic over long term)
leaves $181 at the end of the month for saving, going to the doctor, or buying things for pleasure like clothes or movies- unless you have student loans but those payments vary wildly.
Oh yeah, if she lived in a single bedroom bathroom penthouse, that's already at least $2000/mo... unless she lived in a sardine tin or something.
I imagine the arrangement she had was something like "If I pay my rent, you pay for everything else, pwetty pwease."
