Pets could give you coronavirus

Figured this might be the case. Dog does out for a walk and sniffs infected dog poop, the dog gets infected then passes the virus to its owner.

I mean this virus came directly from bats so it makes sense it can pass to other animals then to humans. also the Chinese wrote scientific papers describing cross species infection. this virus passes from species to species. SO FUCKED UP!

... T-that's purely hypothetical, right? You can't get infected by sniffing dog poop?
