I heard a long time ago there was a movie made about this but that it was so horrific it’s not in a lot of common streaming services,

 

anyone know where i can find this movie? 

 

(I heard the film contains the actual tapes he played to his victims inside the room- which he used to manipulate their psyche and i want to hear those tapes)

I also heard that he sold tickets or something to people in the neighborhood who would come watch through a window, and numerous people knew about it, but just wanted to watch and did nothing about it. 

 

Like it was a killer supported by a community of “innocent” by standers 

 

which is, unheard of.
