Yeah I find it uncomfortable to watch as well, but I remember reading that this guy works with mentally challenged kids as a teacher or something and has done quite a bit for them. His wife/gf is in a similar area as him.
I never decided whether he's genuinely concerned and involved with these kids, or whether it's for Youtube views. He does seem genuine.

I get weird vibes from the dude too, I almost never see him show any emotion. It's a job in a way, and he wants to platform people. I can't tell how genuine the empathy is, but yeah I get creeped out by how he makes eye contact.
