Ok so basically it seems that he was playing in India, and he said he drank tap water. On the day of his match, he had a very sick stomach as you can notice his discomfort.

Magnus is a really chill dude, this isn't him normally at all. Dude wins would tournaments over and over again, he can just walk from a match like that.
