The fashion choices are still kinda strange, but reasonably so imo.
A shot of your face would really put it together, as hair color and makeup and stuff would probably put this together more than looking like something out of the French Revolution. I get that you're all "THEY'RE OUT TO GET ME", so that isn't happening, but I'm wondering if there's ways to push your anonymity less while not giving away whatever you're hiding as much as you'd be uncomfortable with.
At this point even a silhouette of face shape'd be a step forward.
