I am that bitch I just realized in the family dynamic

been picking out gifts for my little girls and for the new baby coming in the family.

So I will share the cute things I find for the babies.

(I really hope the baby is a girl ☺️ I want one so bad)
(i think I’m more excited for this child than the parents themselves)

I don’t know why but I already feel very connected to this new child that doesn’t even exist yet.

YAY kids. Kids are great. I miss my little ones and growing up with them was such a great experience, now they’re kind of older? So it’s not quite as precious... it’s more like, triage. At this point. Like NO don’t HIT YOUR BROTHER IN THE EYE or we have to go to the hospital again

And, “OKAY sweetie just remember LIQUOR BEFORE BEER UR IN THE CLEAR, don’t drive drunk I will come get you i dont’ care what time of night it is. And download the NOON app on your phone and here’s 40 million chargers and money for an Uber. And TIE your shoes. Also you breath stinks here’s some gum.”

It’s just really amazing to see the impact I’ve had over the years so I want to continue to have that positive impact through out their lives. I dunno I just like taking care of the young ones.

I take care of the older ones too in different ways, and my cousins. Like I forced my cousin to go to college and write the entrance essay apply for scholarships and made all of that happen so they could go, because originally they weren’t going to.

And yeah my grandma I just have to tell her to take her blood pressure medication a lot. LOL

They look out for me too.

The boys I give rides to and from school, after care, I do baby sitting when I can, usually once a week, and dentist appointments, keep them up on their shots, all that shit. Feed them. Make sure they have food. Sometimes surprise them with new games or let them play games on my computer. We have deep talks of course too. I try to maintain that open line of communication, and comfort- with talking to me, with, all the people in my family- especially the kids.

I’m that friend you can tell your shit to. I’ll pick you up. I’ll help you out. You can vent to me. I’ll spot you a xanny, I’ll smoke you out. You can crash with me. I’ll give you a ride to the airport. I don’t ask nothing in return.

I like to take care of people, because there been plenty of times I had none of that shit for me. And I wound up in some situations in life. And like, they’re gonna end up in situations too but, I’ll be there through it.

I’ll be there for anyone. Because humanity needs more compassion, and people need to learn to have that love and compassion for themselves, that dignity and self respect. And sometimes you can’t learn it without someone else showing you it.

Otherwise you end up jaded and self loathing and perpetually depressed.
