Never heard about that Nabble chat thing,  at this time I still had a very good social life and hardly looked for any virtual interaction.

I wonder how's life for some of you that have been lurking around in this kind of environment since forever. It must really fucks you up, because I definitely felt a bad kind of woke hanging around here for the past 3, to 4 years.

Not saying it didn't add to my perception, but this place definitely helps to developt ASPD symptoms, including yourself.

It can still be restored it looks like the other forums were also deleted but a quick email has them restoring them

All that'd be good for is restoring the search function. The archive is otherwise basically the same thing without hundreds of pages of pre-generated ads from there being no mod to clean it up (thanks Luna).

Even each user's profile post history is (oddly meticulously) archived and integrated within archive.org's system, so you can navigate it well enough to laugh at people's cringy pasts.

The one who did that archiving I suspect is still around, but won't accept the credit for reasons of their own.

Bragging breaks down their character, and past trials have sussed the person out based on such folly.

Multiple times the person in question has chastised themself for getting "too into it". I think the person in question gets off to a self-graded sense of being humble, but otherwise struggles with the lack of recognition when it's brought up in ways that don't assign the credit where it's deserved.

It's really a shame that person can't be publicly thanked.

It does sound like he could be talking about me. I didn't archive nabble through the Wayback machine though.

I'm pretty sure Inq couldn't have his contributions be anonymous without me making a statement like this one.
