Unless you did break the TOS, then it's your own fault.

The only example I can think of that fits "threats to others, participated in targeted harassment, or incited violence" Is saying pedophiles should be castrated, but that was a political statement not inciting others to go mutilate their local pedos (Although I feel they deff should)
