You need to have all your essential vitamins and nutrients if you want to properly experience something. Try having fun while you're low on sugar and iron, it's no bueno. Even something like potassium can remove the dull ache in one's joints which otherwise served as a passive distraction and mood dropper before.
Diet is significantly more important than most of your advice.

This advice would only help someone who's entirely focused on physical appearance. While it does help for some deficits, it's not enough on it's own unless the person's fixated on vanity.
