The Pharmacies do not have a choice. When a Pharmacy joins a Pharmacy Benefit Management plan they have to agree to all the terms of the plan which includes accepting all discounts related to the plan. GoodRx works by compiling all of these possible PBM discounts together into one app or user ID card where the ID has access to every discount.
