I hope at some point you will be able to understand the folly of narcissism. I'll explain why:
It's fine to feel pride or a sense or worth based on what you do. And in your case, you're a smart person; it's alright to feel good about that.
The bad thing is when you start thinking you are some magnificent being and that everyone else is wrong, and you are right. Because then you have clouded judgment. We've seen the gloating many times, and the saga after where after you made decent posts, you complained ad infinitum that you were underappreciated or misunderstood. It wasn't the case that you were misunderstood, it was that you have a blindspot. You thought you had everything down, but you didn't realize the situation.
I get why things are that way. You had an abusive upbringing that made you see things as a competition, or as "right or wrong" situations. The fact that you think it is a strength is a problem. Because confidence is good, but delusion is bad. It looks like in a lot of your answers, you will at least be honest about things. Confidence is key, but going full Kanye is a bad idea.

which of my answers?
You admit that sometimes you are not sure of what you are doing, and that you rely upon other people to get things done. Some of these questions kind of annoy me as a gauge for narcissism. For example, I don't think it's necessarily narcissistic to be assertive or have a will to power. I guess those are probably auxiliary traits or something that help in diagnosis.

Basically.
Imagine the sorts of people who'd say "No" to that criteria.
