 There's a significant portion of your arm missing, the towel texture and color is off,the wall is curved inward towards your waist. There is significant alteration not to mention that chain. 

I get you may dislike turq right now but you're showing an awful lot of insecurity about your body here, turq isn't. That's what makes her more appealing.
