I'm getting them in a few days to use for school and work. I've used non-prescribed stims. They really help me focus and concentrate. I feel like a normal human being high on it and don't have to work against myself. I don't know how the comedowns will affect me being off them. We'll see.

Make sure to have someone keeping tabs on the changes in your behavior, as uppers have a tendency to increase the size of pre-existing blindspots while they're in effect.

I've gotan appointment tomorrow to get something to help me focus. Hopefully it works

So if you start acting wackier, we know why. Have Alice keep notes on the changes in your behavior, uppers are tricky af.

I found how much I enjoyed being on uppers frightening enough to avoid it personally, even with the blatant raise in my functionality with them.

Upper honestly kinda scare me, but I've struggling to complete all my assignments so I figured I would give them a try. They aren'teven hard, it's just the quantity of work and stayin on task for so long

Be ready and plan some time for the withdrawal that follows when you stop it's use. Take them with food and don't drink caffeine or alcohol with it in your system. Expect with prolonged use that you'll be less functional in the areas it was helping than when you began. Even with increased focus it can become easy to become obsessively distracted with things that weren't what you were planning to do, as it's kinda like ADHD's hyperfocus trait in a pill

I passed finals in classes I otherwise would have bombed, but the surge of confidence had me a lot more forward and optimistic about some of the crazy ideas that I otherwise don't go with being a thing.

Overconfidence is a mindfuck, especially when it feels that amazing... at the time. It's weird to reflect on the behaviors when you're "yourself" again, especially with how foggy that the impressionist aspects of the memories can become. When in the midst of it it all feels like natural behavior from the overall reduction of doubt, finding yourself in situations you'd never have gone through yourself as a result of it.

Once you find yourself chasing and identifying with that feeling, it's bad times.

Another example of someone who shows the pros and cons of stimulant use is BR.
