Cloud Macchiato has eggs whites in it
No I ask for them to make it without the egg and with soY sillywilly
What do you even eat?
I would never eat chicken babies
They aren't chicken babies, they're chicken periods.
The eggs are in the cloud macchiato powder. Also Starbucks doesn't have a non-dairy caramel syrup. A caramel cloud macchiato without non-vegan ingredients would just be almond milk, vanilla extract, and expresso... So, a vanilla almond milk latte.
I checked the ingredients reeeeeeally close because I ordered mine with almond milk and 2 hours later I'm nearly shitting my pants because I didn't take a lactaid because I thought it was lactose free.

sugar dairy free coffee and gluten free oatmeal with agave and almonds/cranberries ontop. I like fruit a lot. and I love vegetables and potatoes.
I'm technically not supposed to have caffeine but, it's the one "bad" thing my doc tells me not to eat that I just break the rules and do because it helps me with depression and shit... I know its bad for me... I know.
But yeah um, I have a whole list of what my diet consists of if you want an in depth one. It's basically just a lot of healthy shit, it's kinda complicated. but yeah I have it all printed out because my doc gave it to me like that.
I also have a video of how I make my super healthy coffee if you want to see how to make it lol
my room mate and I are actually thinking of doing a start up of a little coffee truck or company of our healthy coffee recipes, he's really into the health nut shit and functional medicine shit like I am. like we're equally deep in that shit so. we know how to make essentially the healthiest coffees from all over the world and are well researched on it, and all the nit picky shit that goes into it. nootropics and, other shit like that. I have a video about health nut shit I can show you as well... hold on lemme get the link. it's called biohacking if you just want to look into it.
edit: okay I can't find the link to the video but just, it's all of this kind of shit:

I'm also into the same concept of bio hacking and functional medicine but applied to dermatology and esthetics aka skin care, and skin treatments. I have great links to all of these types of things that actually work.
This is how I knew about the perfect weight loss drug, Lina Cocide Linzess- that allowed me to eat whatever I wanted, still weigh 90 something and be extremely thin- without being gaunt. Without having to exercise.
I also have great videos that are informative about the science of weightloss.
I even have similar videos about the neuropsychology behind, mental health. Which I've probably linked on here before, great books to read and etc. Explaining essentially, how it all works and, how to get better. Because science.
Science, is, amaze-ballz. These are just my areas of interest but, yeah.

I told you I order a cloud macchiato, made with soy, and yes, they can make the cloud foam without eggs or dairy it just isn't as good. They've made it for me countless times.
I recommended the caramel one to you telling you that it was a "sweeter dessert" aka, something more like a treat. Because you said you wanted, something sweet like a treat for yourself. Not just a normal coffee. But I don't personally drink that, because I don't PREFER that taste.
I told you this.
I told you, I do not, drink the caramel one because I'm not into drinking sugary drinks on the regular, and I prefer the bitter fucking taste of coffee in the morning, to something sweet as that just nauseates me.
I told you, the cloud part is made with dairy and egg but you can ask to have it made without it.
And I didn't know their caramel has heavy cream in it, as a barista myself, I've never in my life seen a fucking caramel sauce that has dairy in it, and where I worked, it didn't have dairy in it, I used it before in my own drinks. I even have a video of me making the drink with the caramel sauce and talking about how I love the drink. Being extremely lactose intolerant I would definitely know, if there was dairy in caramel because it would of made me really ill. I'm very sensitive to dairy.
I think it's bull shit that there is heavy cream in the caramel sauce that makes no sense to me but... hey. Maybe the kind Starbucks uses does have that.
