I will say two positive and two negative values, they might seem kinda generic at first but maybe that's needed.

An individual whom is alright to talk to and perhaps even interesting to, so long as you let him be him no matter how much you dislike certain aspects, and consequently a person whom it may be best to keep distant from unless you share ideals he holds key.
