It's not hard to find ways to kill yourself, the challenge is more so in actually going through with it.
Some people seriously spend so much time self-indulging in the "how" for suicide, which defeats the entire purpose. It shows that they still care about the world of the living enough to factor the how instead of just... checking out.

mixing alcohol and opiate or Benzo can kill you, but Gabba is very lightweight. it will boost whatever drug you take a little though.
dying of an overdose from Gabba and alcohol isn't likely, you could OD on it and then suffer some brain damage at the very worst,
but, dying of an overdose is not the way to go. it isn't pretty or easy.
imagine laying on your back gasping for air, but you can't get any. you'r suffocating in the room around you, slowly, and slowly, and slowly.
depending on what you took it can get a lot messier than that. but it's pretty tragic and not ideal. not to mention if you survive it, what sort of handicaps you can end up left with.
