Heard whispering coming from the shower head while I was in the bathroom. It was shushing itself (?) When it realized I heard it.

Tuesday I saw shadows of things in the sky as I was driving and it blocked out the entire sky for a straight minute but no one reacted to it, and when asked a passenger in my car if 'they just saw that' they didn't see anything. I told them I'd just seen a cute bird instead.

I know it's not real (especially if no one else is reacting to it) that its just stress induced stuff, just weird I guess.

As you already know, stress and poor sleep can contribute to dream-like symptoms permeating and overlaying real life.

That could be an air pressure thing with the shower itself. Mine makes noise sometimes too.

I'm also aware that the mind tries to make meaningful speech patterns out of ambiguous sounds. It's why people who are scared of the dark or being by themselves can often freak themselves out cos their head tries to detect speech in sounds

I know I'm not crazy and it's mostly stress making me imagine things it's more of a 'i acknowledge this.'

It really depends on how often it happens and how willing you are to suspend disbelief, for if it's a problem.

I find the "seeing faces in patterns" thing more disturbing tbh.
