Alright, I gotta ask. When a guy is in a marriage and doesn't love his wife, but knows deep down he doesn't want that life style anymore, why won't he ask for a divorce? I know my husband isn't happy he pretends he is. But I know he'd rather be looking for his ex's that he use to have relationships with. He'd rather have sex with whomever he wanted. Why won't he just admit he's not happy and he doesn't care how I'll respond to it? He's made it clear with his actions that he doesn't care how it hurts when he hits on other girls and tells them that he wished he could F*ck them. He does it when he thinks I'm listening or sleeping. I know I don't need to look through his stuff to know what I'll find. I use to do it and it was distructive and hurtful for both of us. I don't ever want to make him feel that way again even if he treats me like crap. That's not kind. I just don't understand why he is still with me? When it's clear he doesn't want me. Does he just want me to file so he doesn't feel guilty? Does he not know how to tell me he's unhappy? If it's to the point of not caring how I'll feel, why not just do it already?

1. Its looked down upon, or used to be
2. Life is unforgivingly empty and people dont like to cut strings with a relationship that has (or had) a deep connection. Odds are another wont come around
3. Being alone is less advantageous to survival, loneliness broods fear and uncomfortableness
4. He could lose half his money and possessions, possibly his kids which he probably does love more than you
5. It's a long, lengthy and arduous process filled with pain
6. It's easier to avoid hard decisions than to face them head on
7. I dont feel like thinking up reasons, refer to 1 through 6
