lmao. ed is very thin. his shoulders and arms look frail. those clothes are so baggy on him. i think he may be embellishing his god like figure in the past. he looks like a skinny guy trying to pump up at the gym. you cant fight genetics. i doubt this guy is any kind of fighter looking at his frame.

I am somewhat on the ectomorphic side, but don't be fooled. The girl I was next to in these pics was about 160 cm tall, which is around average height in females in France (she was French). I'm 193 cm tall, I was around 94-95 kg in these. My heaviest was a bit above the 100 kg mark, in 2012. My body weight varies according to various needs, that are not always about "fights", since what I do is not just about fights.
Speed is often more valuable than pure bulk in fights, and the shins and elbows are more damaging than the fists. You'll see that Muay Thai fighters aren't massive. Speed lands you more hits, which, together with technique, is the important part after you reach a certain level of strength and hit force anyway. You can crack skull with both a baseball bat and a truck.
