Also, on the note of bpd- my therapist told me that it was thrown out of the newest DSM, and just combined with c-ptsd, as it's believed to be essentially the same disorder.
So c-ptsd is bpd. She could of been lying, I don't know why she told me that. But it's just being labeled as c-ptsd now...
I think this may of been done as an attempt to destigmatize the disorder and also is a result of better understanding that all bpd is caused by trauma. Apparently even, emotional and mental, trauma like, a dysfunctional family or, childhood bullying.
