Antisocial: true neutral
Schizo: chaotic neutral
psychosis: chaotic evil
Antisocial is the only disorder on here where lawbreaking is one of the actual criteria, it's definitely chaotic. You might be thinking of a psychopath which I tend to view as more of a clinical thing and is purely your brain not experiencing emotions and empathy which may be more true neutral. But ASPD is a personality entity so there's less ambiguity on the destructiveness of the people with it.
Schizotypal is a personality disorder and does not necessarily include psychosis on its own. I see it as the most cluster A of the cluster A disorders. Delora has many traits of schizotypal personality disorder for instance. In reality it is probably more neutral but that spot is more reserved for other more fitting disorders.
Psychosis is a symptom not a PD, and none necessarily have it is a symptom so it doesn't even belong on the list.

It's about their motivations more than their actions, isn't it?
Anyone going through a psychotic break could look chaotic, but it could be stemming from overly lawful guidelines, like an OCD person losing their shit.
Also looks like my main disorder dodged the alignment bullet, I am unclassifiable~

Schizophrenia isn't a personality disorder
