She is a judge with years of study and experience behind her, you are not that. Judges tend to be arrogant in my experience as well, they expect you to 'undergo' their manner of justice. Your notion of merely being guided by assertivity is ridiculous. What is the issue is that you didn't get your ego under control. You're not more assertive, intelligent, or valuable than the next sucker being courted. This judge sees dozens of people just like yourself a day. The issue is you still hanging onto your ego. The rest was pure chance.

 I think it's related. Assertiveness is guided by ego that won't yield to perceived injustices. In my experience though, cus I tend to be last on the list she sees, most people tend to shit their pants. She's also especially kind to black people, seriously. She's white. 

As for my ego, it has drawbacks but also advantages. I ask for what I want, and she tends to comply after giving me her choice words. 

Arsonists are known to have no chance of rehabilitation 

There's a housing and rehab shelter for ex criminals to help them stay off the street and keep clean. They purposefully dont allow arsonists to live there for that reason (and also bc of the fire risk). Its viewed that there's no fixing arson

The problem is, many people have large egos. Contrary to the very nature of this element it does not make you any better. Ego is useful to avoid being abused, but too much of it will alienate you further. 

As you brought on yourself, injustices are perceived. I don't know if you're just living by the day, but acknowledging that perception is key to understanding might give some perspective.
